Summary
Project Management Person will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and completion of the projects. He will coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Planning and develop project plans like project scope, objectives, timelines, and budget requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth project execution regarding payments, invoices, documents, etc.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and make adjustments as needed to ensure project milestones are met.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design solar energy systems that meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals for project development.
- Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement quality assurance measures to uphold the integrity and performance of solar energy systems.
- Prepare regular progress reports, financial analyses, project documentation, and generation of MIS for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
Qualification Required
- Bachelor’s or master’s in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Proven 12-15 years of experience in the solar industry as a Project Manager.
- Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, photovoltaic technologies, and renewable energy industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to simultaneously monitor multiple projects.
- Willing to travel to various project sites to effectively execute the projects.
